1. About ULUWIA

ULUWIA sells modest wear, including niqabs, gashwas, sheilas and related accessories. In these terms, "ULUWIA", "we", "us" and "our" mean ULUWIA, and "you" means the customer or visitor.

2. Product information

We take care that descriptions, photographs, measurements, prices and availability are accurate.

Colours can look slightly different depending on photography, lighting and your screen. Small variations in fabric texture, stitching, embellishment placement or finishing can occur and are not defects.

Please check the product details and sizing before you order.

3. Orders

An order is confirmed once payment has been received and ULUWIA has accepted the order.

We may cancel or refuse an order where there is a pricing error, the item is out of stock, we suspect fraud, there is a payment problem, or for another reasonable operational cause. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it to the original payment method.

4. Prices and payment

Orders are charged in Indian Rupees (₹). Visitors outside India may see prices shown in their local currency as a guide; the amount charged at checkout is in rupees. Shipping charges, discounts and the final amount are shown at checkout.

Payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. ULUWIA never receives or stores your card details, UPI PIN or banking credentials.

5. Shipping and delivery

We currently deliver within India only. Delivery elsewhere may be arranged on request by message; any import duty or tax charged by customs in the destination country is payable by the recipient. Dispatch and delivery times are estimates and can be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather, your location or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Orders can be cancelled only as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

ULUWIA does not accept returns, refunds or exchanges after delivery, except for a verified defective or incorrect item. Any such claim needs a clear, uninterrupted video of the sealed parcel being opened, sent within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Intellectual property

ULUWIA's branding, logos, product names, photographs, graphics, designs and website content belong to or are licensed to ULUWIA. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without our written permission.

8. Using the website

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, interfere with how the website works, make fraudulent transactions, or use the website for anything unlawful.

9. Promotions and discount codes

Offers and discount codes may have their own conditions, validity dates and eligibility rules. Unless we say otherwise, offers cannot be combined. ULUWIA may change or withdraw a promotion where reasonably necessary.

10. Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, ULUWIA is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the date it was last updated.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in India, subject to applicable consumer-protection law.
