Shipping & Returns
Everything about getting your order to you, and what to do if something arrives wrong.

Where we deliver
We currently deliver within India only.
Ordering from abroad? You can send an order to an address in India, or message us on WhatsApp or at hello@uluwia.com about delivery to your country and we will let you know what is possible.
We hope to bring ULUWIA to more countries, in shaa Allah. Follow us on Instagram to hear when that begins.
Dispatch and delivery
- Dispatch: orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 business days.
- Delivery: once dispatched, delivery usually takes 5–9 business days, depending on your location and the courier.
- Tracking: we send your tracking details by email or WhatsApp when your order is dispatched.
All times are estimates. Courier delays, customs, public holidays and weather can occasionally add to them.
Shipping charges
- India: ₹99 flat, and free on orders of ₹3,000 or more.
The shipping charge for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Returns and exchanges
Every piece is inspected before it is packed.
We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered, unless the item you received is defective or is not what you ordered.
If your item is defective or incorrect
- Record an opening video. Film the parcel from before it is opened until the item is fully out, in one continuous take. The video must show the sealed parcel, the opening, and the defect or wrong item.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery, by WhatsApp or at hello@uluwia.com, with your order number and the video.
- We verify and put it right. Once our team has confirmed the issue, we arrange a replacement or another suitable resolution.
Claims without a clear, continuous opening video cannot be accepted.
What is not a defect
- Small differences in colour caused by lighting, photography or your screen.
- Natural variation in fabric texture.
- Slight variation in the placement of stones or embellishment.
