Privacy Policy
What we collect when you shop with ULUWIA, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect
When you place an order, create an account or contact us, we collect:
- your name;
- your email address and phone number;
- your delivery address;
- what you ordered and what you paid;
- your account details. Placing an order creates an account for you, with a password you choose, so you can see your orders and check out faster next time.
We also see the country you are visiting from, so that we can show the right information for your region.
How we use it
- To process, pack and deliver your order.
- To send order, payment and tracking updates.
- To issue your invoice.
- To answer your questions and resolve problems.
- To maintain your account.
- To prevent fraudulent or unauthorised transactions.
If you begin an order and leave before paying, we may send one reminder email about the pieces in your bag. Every reminder has a link to stop them.
Beyond that, we send offers and news about new arrivals only if you have chosen to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
ULUWIA does not sell or rent your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run the shop, and only what each one needs:
- Razorpay, to process your payment.
- Our courier partners, to deliver your order.
- Zoho, to prepare your invoice and keep our accounts.
- Our email delivery provider, to send your order confirmation and other emails.
- Our website hosting and storage providers, who hold the data on our behalf.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card details, UPI PIN and banking credentials are entered on Razorpay's secure systems. ULUWIA never receives or stores them.
Recent-purchase notices
Our website may show a small notice that someone recently bought a product. It shows only a masked first name (for example, "F**a"), the product, and sometimes the city. It never shows a full name, contact detail or address. If you would prefer that your purchase is not shown, tell us and we will remove it.
Cookies and similar storage
We use only what the website needs to work:
- to keep you signed in to your account;
- to remember your cart;
- to remember your display preferences.
We do not currently use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy first.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. We will do so unless we are required to keep it for legal, tax or transaction-record purposes.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of online transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
